This Privacy Policy describes the policies of Solas Psychology Ltd., Sakura, Monivea, Co. Galway, H65 AX93. The handling of our clients’ data is of utmost importance to us. All client files will be stored physically for a period of seven years and then securely destroyed. Electronic copies will be stored for 10 years after which they will be securely deleted. Should you decide to opt out of an assessment, all related data belonging to you/your child will no longer be retained as the purpose for which the data was obtained is no longer relevant. If you decide to contact us again in future regarding an assessment, we will request your data again.

Child Safeguarding Policy

As mandated persons, we are mandated to report safeguarding concerns which pass a defined threshold to Tusla Child and Family Agency.
